Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends and Public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. A shipping confirmation email, including tracking information, will be sent once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options and Costs
Standard Shipping : Estimated delivery within 1-7 business days. The cost for standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location .
Free Shipping : Free standard shipping is available on orders over AED 200 within UAE.
Note : Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Availability : Currently we do not ship internationally . Availability and shipping times may vary based on location.
Customs and Duties : International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes that may be imposed by their respective countries. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are beyond our control.
Delivery Time : International shipments typically take 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Order Tracking
Tracking Information : Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Tracking Updates : Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after your order has shipped.
Shipping Issues
Lost or Delayed Shipments : If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at mhsports4@gmail.com for assistance. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address : Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information provided at checkout, If you have realised you have made an error, please reach out to us ASAP
Damaged Items : If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package with photos and a description of the damage. We will assist in replacing the damaged item or provide a refund as applicable.
Changes to Orders
Order Modifications : Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to modify shipping information or items. For assistance, contact us at mhsports4@gmail.com as soon as possible before the order has been processed.
Cancellation Requests : To cancel an order, please reach out to our customer service team before it has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, You will still have 7 days to return the items upon delivery, provided the item has not been tampered with and is in the same condition as arrived.
