Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Timeframe: To be eligible for a refund, return requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date if in store, or 7 days from delivery of online orders
Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for returns or refunds ( especially supplements )
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns in store, digital invoices for online purchases are also accepted
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable Goods : Items that are expired, such as certain supplements, cannot be returned.
Undergarments : Items purchased online or instore such as undergarments are not eligible for returns due to health reasons
Gift Cards : Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Process for Returning Items
Return Request : To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at mhsports4@gmail.com or 067446520 with your order details and reason for return.
Shipping : Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if purchase was made online, this also can be avoided if the online order is brought to the store
Return Address : Returns should be sent to our store at Shop 12, Thani Bin Eissa building, Al Rashidiya 2 , Ajman . Please ensure the package is securely wrapped to prevent damage during shipping.
Refund Processing
Inspection and Approval : Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7-10 business days for online orders, alternatively you can visit us in store for immediate processing.
Refund Method : Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, If you prefer to have cash refund, please visit our stores with the product you wish to return for a quicker procedure.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at mhsports4@gmail.com
