Supplementing the diet with creatine, recommended for adults performing high intensity exercise. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

SUGGESTED USE:
Mix ~1 scoop of powder (5 g) with 150-250 ml of water, drink ½ serving before and ½ serving after training.
